Joseph Sutton

After nearly 20 years as a trusted legal advisor, employment specialist and commercial litigator, Joseph Sutton brings a wealth of experience to bear on behalf of JS clients.

Joseph’s motto is “clients first”. He protects their interests fearlessly and pro-actively.

Joseph delivers high-impact results and is never satisfied with “good enough”. It was with these values in mind that Joseph founded his own practice in 2010.

After graduating in Law from the University of Manchester in 1999, Joseph was called to the Bar in 2000 and admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003.

Prior to founding JS, Joseph practised at international litigation firm Holman Fenwick Willan.

Joseph speaks Portuguese and Greek (both conversational).
